Day 60: Sunday 28 June… very late

Sorry about the lateness of the blog.

It’s nearly 7pm on Sunday night and I am only JUST doing today’s denim update. I bet you are all on the edge of your seats with excitement wondering what today’s outfit was/is.

But first I have to show you what I wore last night to Penny Thwaite’s incredible latex mould exhibition peeling wall extravaganza at Silkhouse Art Projects in Newcastle. You could say I participated in the installation as I wore something special, something donated… the jeans Penny wore while she sprayed latex onto the walls of the space.

Saturday nighttime is the right time for wearing latex... so I hear

Top: Levis’ denim jacket

Bottom: Penny Thwaite’s carefully and artfully crafted latex enhanced Jeans West jeans

Accessory: Out of shot, Dragstar denim shoulder bag

Here’s a nasty close-up… pretty yucky

These jeans look like they are made from flayed flesh

Now on to today’s outfit. See if you can spot the difference from  yesterday…

Do I look different to you?

Do I look different to you?

Top: same old Levi’s denim jacket, a classic no matter what it’s teamed with

Bottom: Industrie denim’s, snug and so stinky

Accessory: Dragstar denim bag, finally in shot!

If you couldn’t spot the difference between yesterday and today’s outfit, that’s because there wasn’t one. Yes. I wore EXACTLY the same clothes 2 days in a row. What a grot!

Latex-ed jeans—bit creepy! Bit like skins.

the jeans have got the pox!

The jeans are quite impressive… like some alien flesh creeping disease… Makes me think of The Children of Dune when he starts turning into a worm…
